Should you have an indoor or outdoor reception? This is a dilemma all brides and grooms face. Outdoor weddings are all the rage, but what if it rains? Ballrooms are oh so classic, but are they creative? Over the next two posts we’ll explore both options. Both choices lend themselves to a gorgeous wedding, so just pick which one is right for you!
Indoor or “ballroom” receptions are perfect if you’ll have a lot of wedding guests. Some ballrooms can accommodate up to 500 people! If you’re inviting a lot of “out of town” guests, hotels are the perfect location to have your reception. Your guests will feel at ease because they’ll just need to go upstairs with the festivities are over! Most hotels, event centers, country clubs, etc will also have their own staff, food, decor…. So if you’re a bride who loves a “one-stop-shop” for your reception…indoors in the way to go!
